My POSITIVE MINDSET has got me through such a catastrophic ordeal and has taught me about RESILIENCE and my inner STRENGTH, which I didn’t know I had until I was forced into a situation where I nearly lost my life.  


A huge saviour for me has been the adoption of mindfulness and gratitude in my day-to-day life, especially as I was in a position where I couldn’t plan or look forward to the future for sometime due to the long road to recovery that was ahead of me.

I therefore want to share my knowledge of what I have learnt both from my personal life experience and my current studies in The Science of Wellbeing with Yale University.  

My passion and ultimate aim is to help you live a more satisfying and happy life where your wellbeing is at the centre of everything you do.  

I am currently in the process of designing a series of face-to-face and digital workshops, centred around Mindfulness, Inner Strength and Resilience.
